| Mau Rākau is the traditional martial arts which involves complex stick fighting and fancy foot work. There is also a hand to hand aspect which comes in later on as you progress. If you would like to give Mau Rākau a go, come along to the blue gym every Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30. You do not need to bring anything except yourself and a 'give it a go' attatude. Hō!!! |
