| OnScreen is Aotearoa's leading nationwide short film development platform for high school filmmakers. Students are challenged to create an original short film, documentary or music video of up to 7 minutes. Please register via the OnScreen website. They will then receive the OnScreen Manual, which covers all the essential information they will need to plan their shoot, as well as key dates, rules, and filmmaking tips. The final registration date is 30 August 2024. All films are due by 26 September 2024. We have an epic prize pool worth over $11,000, including GoPro, cash prizes, industry career sessions and more! This consists of a cash payment and the offer of paid holiday work, which can be used as work experience for degree requirements.
