1. General Art Club GMA
  The art club welcomes students to spend time in our art room during lunchtimes. It will be a quiet space to be creative and enjoy making your own art. To make this successful we need to leave the room clean and tidy and respect the space.

1. General Ngā whatu NGT rehearsals ALL welcome AWL
  Naylands Got Talent rehearsals are starting week 8, for the mighty Ngā whatu. Our first 2 practices is at lunch time on Monday and Tuesday in the PAC! All students and staff are invited to come along, we need everyone.

 		  
1. General no uniform during senior exams RTL
  During Derived Grade exam time, seniors do not need to wear uniform when on site.

 		  
1. General Numeracy CAA on TODAY CVR
  The Numeracy CAA is on today at 9.50am in the hall for all those who have been entered.
Bring your DEVICE, your CALCULATOR and a PEN/PENCIL for working out. Paper is provided.

 		  
1. General NZSL Club DSN
  Come along to Room 16 Tuesday lunchtime for New Zealand Sign Language Club. All abilities welcome! Final meeting for Term 3!

 		  
2. Meetings 10SUP - Westport Surf Camp NGO
  10SUP students attending the surf camp in Westport next term please meet in Room 27 at lunchtime on Friday 13th September.

 		  
2. Meetings Knitting & Crochet Club SMD
  Join us every Monday lunchtime in Room 16.
Open to both beginners and experts, we provide knitting needles and wool, or you can bring your own. Come and enjoy a fun, creative break with us!

 		  
3. Cultural Gala Concert Tues 24th of September JFE
  The 2024 Gala Concert is on Tuesday 24th September. it is a culmination of a jam-packed year of performing at Nayland College.
This celebration of the Arts features items from Vast Dance Festival, the Solo Performing Arts Competition, The Addams Family, the Contemporary Music showcase, Rock Quest, the KBB Music Festival, the NZCF Big Sing and the Dance Showcase.
Join our instrumental groups, choirs, dancers and actors for this wonderful celebration of the Arts.

4. Careers Interested in Aviation? AHS
  If you are interested in Aviation and keen to study for a Diploma in Aviation, you can sign up for an online zoom Q&A Facebook session on Wednesday 11 September at 7.00pm. This is a 2-year course to be qualiified to fly helicopters by training through Wanaka Helicopters. If you are interested, come to the Careers Office for more details.

 		  
4. Careers Massey University Course Planning MRI
  Massey University will be visiting Nayland to do course planning on Wednesday 18 September at 12:35pm - 2:15pm in Room 22. Any students planning to attend Massey in 2025 are encouraged to attend.

 		  
4. Careers Otago University Course Planning MRI
  Otago University Course Planning is on Tuesday 10 September, Room 22 at 2:30pm - 3:30pm. Any students planning to attend Otago in 2025 are encouraged to attend.

  Victoria University Course Planning is on Tuesday 10 September, Room 22 at 11:00am - 12:00pm. Any students planning to attend Victoria in 2025 are encouraged to attend.

 		  
5. Sports Touch SRD
  Any students interested in playing in the College Touch competition at Tahunanui on a Tuesday afternoon during term 4 and term 1 next year, please see Sara in the sports office.
